New challenges every day...

THAT'S WHAT MAKES THE WORK SO MUCH FUN

"The days at Banken Champignons are so varied. It is impossible to predict beforehand how the day will go. This is due to the incredible diversity of the machines that need to be maintained. From production machines to box-folding machines, lorries and trailers to small household appliances. In short, all the technical issues that occur within the company. It is this unpredictability and variety that I enjoy the most. Plus, at Banken Champignons you can bring your own ideas on how to do your job and how you can do it even better. There is room to contribute your own ideas. As a result, I always feel challenged in my work.

“I DON'T LIKE TO SIT STILL - LUCKY FOR ME THERE IS PLENTY TO DO HERE!”

ROOM FOR DEVELOPMENT

Of course, you won't know everything there is to know about all the machines initially, but you'll learn more about them over time. The information about the machines is well documented in a system, to give you all the support you need to be able to do your job. And our well-equipped workshop also helps with that. So, you don't exactly need specific training, but it is important that you do have good technical insight and like to learn new things every day. Anything you don't know, your colleagues will teach you. We work in a fun team and we do it together. If you are struggling to figure something out, everyone is approachable and ready to help you. Continuing you development by taking courses is also always negotiable. The atmosphere is informal, and we get everything done together. There is an overlap between the shifts so that we can catch each other up on what happened that day. I'm having a great time there."
